What should I do if the review data does not properly sync?

If the review data is not syncing properly, please check out the following reasons:

  • Whether you have followed ASINs
  • Whether the period from the date you followed ASINsis too short
  • Whether yourReview Management subscription has expired

As there are a great amount of users with a significant amount of corresponding data, fully syncing the review data may be delayed one or two days. If the review data for the past one or two days is not yet synced, please just wait patiently.
