What should I do if the review data does not properly sync?

If the review data is not syncing properly, please check out the following reasons:

  • Whether you have followed the exact child ASINs
  • Whether the period from the date you followed ASINs is too short
  • Whether your Review Management subscription has expired

As there are a great amount of users with a significant amount of corresponding data, fully syncing the review data may be delayed one or two days. If the review data for the past one or two days is not yet synced, please just wait patiently.
