I have finished setting up the email rules but my emails are still undelivered. Why?

There are certain requirements for sending review request emails. Make sure you have done the following:

  • The relevant order information is completed. Check if your order is synced and the buyer’s email address is included via Feedback Request.
  • Order status is “Done”. Email won’t be sent to pending or canceled orders.
  • The order has received the review request email
  • The order is covered by your email rules. Pay special attention to the rules regarding the Send After Purchase Date, Exclude Orders Before and Tag settings of the email template you have used, etc.
  • You have sufficient balance in your account for sending the emails.
