1. Find the special Amazon email address of the buyers by orders under Customer Email> Order Management>Email (e.g., asdfghjklmqwertyuip@marketplace.amazon.com).

2. Click on Customer Email > Email Blacklist to manually add email addresses to the blacklist. After that, we won’t send any emails to these buyers.
